Who we are

BrandHives is operated by BHIVE™ Labs Inc. ("BHIVE Labs"), based in Toronto, Canada. We provide LinkedIn presence automation for professionals.

What we collect

• Account information: Name, email address, LinkedIn profile data (via OAuth)
• Usage data: Posts generated, scheduling preferences, topic selections
• Payment information: Processed securely via Stripe — we never store card numbers
• LinkedIn tokens: Encrypted at rest, used only to publish posts on your behalf

How we use your data

• Generate and schedule LinkedIn posts in your voice
• Manage your account and subscription
• Improve our service and content quality
• Send account-related emails (post previews, billing)

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• LinkedIn: To publish posts on your behalf (via authorized API)
• Stripe: For payment processing
• Supabase: Database hosting (encrypted)

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days. LinkedIn tokens are revoked immediately.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@bhive.ca.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. LinkedIn tokens are encrypted with application-level encryption. We follow OWASP security best practices.
