Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using Nectar ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

BrandHives is a LinkedIn presence automation tool that generates and schedules posts on your behalf. You authorize us to publish content to your LinkedIn profile using the access you grant via LinkedIn OAuth.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person per account — no sharing credentials

4. Content

Nectar generates content based on your preferences and public news sources. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published. Content published through Nectar becomes your LinkedIn content and is subject to LinkedIn's terms.

5. Compliance

Nectar includes automated compliance checking, but you remain responsible for ensuring all published content complies with your industry's regulations and LinkedIn's policies.

6. Billing

• Free trial: 30 days, no credit card required
• Paid plans: billed monthly via Stripe
• Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period
• No refunds for partial months

7. Teams

Team workspace owners are responsible for billing for all invited members. Seat charges begin when invitations are sent. See the Teams page for details.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or use it for spam. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

BrandHives is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, reputation, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
